Creating audio software is hard. Creating an audio software company is even harder. This session will cover our experience, going from a single dev to 20 devs, working in multiple teams, and all the pains and hacks that we had in the process: pipeline, tests, management, tools, processes, monorepo, etc. This is not about what is the correct way of doing things, but about a journey and the choices and pains of that journey.
